Caidi is a beautiful black Phantom Cavapoo with white accents. Caidi has been purposely and thoughtfully bred to be a balanced mixture between the Cavalier and Poodle while maintaining genetic health and diversity through the Poodle's influence that will offer low to non-shedding traits for allergy sufferers without leaning too heavily towards the Poodle traits and characteristics. She will be able to produce a host of beautiful colours, but her best traits will be the health benefits that have been selectively bred into her long lineage over the past 16+ years!
Caidi is a descendant of our two foundation lines of Cavapoos that combine lineage from our two legendary studs Tobi and Amedeo (both of Caidi's great and great-grandfathers) with our future lines through Caidi's dad, Reuben. And with this merging of our two best lines, with our future lines, Caidi has been selectively and thoughtfully bred to be our best for temperament, health, and fur type to meet our breeding goals. Caidi has been "16 years in the making" and we are so blessed to have reached this point and we look forward to sharing her future puppies with you! With Caidi's lines, it is our goal to help rebuild the a more robust, functional, and healthy Cavalier for the future!
Caidi is the sixth generation of Cavapoo born and raised here at Pleasant Meadows
and she is the full daughter of Celina and Reuben, and the granddaughter of Lydia and Arlo, with roots tracing back to our foundation lines. Caidi has 5 generations of health-cleared dogs in her lineage.
Caidi's heart health will be verified via an ECG machine prior to breeding.

Caidi is CLEARED BY PARENTAGE but will also be Health Tested for BOTH the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Poodle Breed Profile (diseases commonly carried by the breeds) even though she is also CLEAR through parentage for a total of 282 other testable diseases that are uncommon (but not impossible) for the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Poodle that are commonly found in other breeds. Both Celina and Reuben are CLEAR for their entire breed profiles and the additional testing that Canine Health Check offers -- and while it would be redundant and unnecessary to test Caidi for the same diseases that her parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents, etc. all tested CLEAR for (because two CLEAR dogs cannot produce a mutated gene) -- we will do so anyway at an age appropriate time as proof that "cleared by parentage" is accurate and that non-existent mutations cannot be passed down if they aren't present within a line.
Caidi has also been CLEARED BY PARENTAGE with her father Reuben being tested through Wisdom Panel to establish that she has good genetic diversity for the Cavapoo mix. Wisdom Panel screens for a total of 267 diseases and traits which covers all bases and uses another testing laboratory to cross-confirm the health and the healthy genes passed down through Caidi's parents with her mother Celina being tested through Canine Health Check.
