Puppy Application Form

In order to be placed on one of our Waiting Lists for one of our upcoming litters, or if you would like to inquire about an available puppy -- we will need to know more about you and the home that you will provide for one of our puppies. We ask that you please take the time to adequately and honestly fill out the PUPPY APPLICATION form below and disclose as much information about your home as possible. The answers that you provide in the application form give us our first impression of you and we will make a determination of your suitability based on the information that you provide.

We will review your application to establish whether or not the Cavapoo, Brittanydoodle, or Springerdoodle is a good match for you!  And if your application is approved we will help you determine an appropriate waiting list for you based on your preferences.

Please note that filling out the PUPPY APPLICATION does not guarantee you a position on one of our waiting lists. We must approve your application before your name will be added to a waiting list and we not obligated to give a reason for refusal!

The questions in our PUPPY APPLICATION are asked for the sole purpose of helping us ensure good forever homes for our puppies.  They are not meant to be intrusive in any way.

We ask that everyone thoroughly reads the information on our website prior to filling out the PUPPY APPLICATION. We do not want applications filled out on impulse! The information on our website is there to enable potential families to make an informed decision and to get to know how we raise our puppies and the process of getting on a list and selecting a puppy. We realize that there is a lot of information to read, but it is important and all laid out for you to make it as easy as possible.  Thank you!

Please do NOT fill out the puppy application if you have NOT read the following pages:

Learn about us as a breeder! Where your puppy comes from is important!

Find out how much a puppy costs and all payment details!

Our puppies are guaranteed for up to 3 years for any life threatening defects!

Check for any available puppies, and inquire with us about our waitlists!

Read our procedures that make choosing a puppy fair for everyone!

See when visitation is allowed and see our guidelines for puppy safety!

Check out details on generation types, size, temperament, and health.

To apply for a puppy we require that you are a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 70 years. The reason for this restriction is because we want applicants to be old enough to have a committed level of responsibility and financial means to care for a dog and because the Cavapoo can live 12 to 14 plus years this means that a senior would be caring for a dog at 82 to 84 plus years of age if that person applied at 70 years of age. We firmly believe that dogs are good for the soul at any age, but an older dog in need of a home would be a better option for seniors past the age of 70 rather than starting fresh with a puppy. This is not meant to offend anyone, it's simply a matter of being responsible for our puppies!

Our puppies are for sale within Canada only!

"When you bring a dog into your life, don't just think of what you want from him.

Think first of what you need to give this dog to make him happy under your roof.

Start by thinking of your dog as an animal, then as a dog, then as a breed,

then as a name, and fulfill your dog's needs in that order.  In my experience,

once you have fulfilled these needs of your dog, he will automatically

want to fulfill your needs in return."
